A mystic today, is a timeless prodigal. One who is continuing the process of True-Self Realization. A mystic is an evolving Soul, who has consciously committed to seeking to know God, as the reality of their individual expression.

Present day mystics practice the eternal way of the Christ. They sit in the silence of their own open mind and reflective heart. A mystic is one who seeks a personal awareness of the "Kingdom" within through prayer, contemplation and meditation. This person desires to trust the Sacred, and consciously dwells in the silence, waiting for inner prompting from Spirit. These evolving Souls are responding to an inner calling to know for themselves; whether or not their spiritual journey back to our Father's House, is real or imagined.

We are leaving the old autocratic Piacean Age, to truly enter the Age of Aquarius or inclusive individual involvement in the religious life. All the old limited, local ways of thinking, doing and being, are falling away. We are a global world of information, business, entertainment, education and communication. All citizens of 2,000 and beyond are being challenged in many ways to leave the old dogmas, creeds, and teachings behind. Ideas, that no longer meet the needs and desires of the highly aware people of today, are not being practiced.

As a seeker of God today, you may follow your inner calling to know your Creator, as a living reality in your personal life. You can act on your inner desire to allow Spirit to clear your mind and open your heart to the inner Holy Voice.

Many are beginning to realize that as the created children of God, we are all innately divine. Individuals are intimately aware of God or Spirit, as they're infinite source, the Doer; who sustains them through every challenge of this ever-changing Age of Involvement. You may already intuitively know that your purpose is to expand your awareness of God, by using your God-given gifts to follow the life plan laid out for you, by the Holy Voice of the indwelling Spirit.

Mystics today, are no longer satisfied by reading books, listening only to others, or being told that they are not worthy of seeking answers and understanding of religious or spiritual things, for themselves. They intuitively know that a child of the living God is not limited to the words or practices of any particular church, group or individual.

The mystic vision is higher. Mystical hearts are open to seeking to experience God, for themselves! Their ultimate goal is to become fully aware of God in this life experience. They work to be planetary stewards and living Disciples of the Christ.

Your experience of crossing over, into the new millennium, will force you to make a choice. What each of you actually experience; is largely up to you. As a mystic, You can seek inner, higher wisdom and guidance or you can follow the illusions and fear of your Ego, into the darkness of an imagined oblivion. I vote to follow the timeless, tested, path of our Wayshower, the Christ. I absolutely trust the will of the Spirit of Truth within me; not my limited, fearful personal will.

This is a time of transition for believers, from the old structured ways of the Piscean Age. Many individuals are becoming more willing participants in God's Great Works. Creative ideas for healing both your planetary home and you will emerge out of your practice of affirmative prayer and sitting in the silence of meditation.

Lets make this a little more personal, dear reader. Dearly beloved, it is no longer adequate for you, to only know about God, as taught by others. It is time for each of you to personally seek to know your Creator-God, as a living reality in your life, right where you are.

Whether you live in a village, small town, city or metropolis, you can pursue a way of life that emerges from the true process of Self-Realization. The daily practice of the inner contemplative way of being can accelerate your awareness into the higher state of consciousness. This is required to open your thinking to the point, where you can know; once and for all time, that Spirit is real!

It is no longer necessary for most Seekers to limit themselves to some cloistered abbey or ashram or to become aloof from the challenges of "being in the world, but not of it". Present day mystics are in this world to be involved, in a spiritually inclusive way. Their intention is to become clean vessels and clear channels for Spirit to accomplish God's Works and Will through.

The old visionary images of sitting on top of a mountain or in the back of a cave, contemplating the meaning of life, are fine for deep meditation; but are meaningless to the average, spiritually unaware person. Most people today, are distracted by the pressures and stress of daily living and don't believe that they have any time to pursue a life of inner seeking and prayer.

Many see our world from the narrow, restricted view of the Ego. Millions are limited by a closed system of thought. Others have no desire to grow, automatically rejecting anything from beyond their personal comfort zone.

Seek to know God, by willfully letting go of your daily stress. Find a quiet place, breathe deeply, exhale slowly, and willfully let go of your outer thoughts by repeating a prayer word or phrase that means something to you. For example, "Lord Christ, come", "Heavenly Father, help me", "Holy Mother, comfort me", "Holy Spirit, teach me what I need to know". When you feel centered and calm, be still and listen!

Angelic Prayers

If you prefer, call on your Angels, Masters and Guides, who monitor us, from across the Veil, in the subtle worlds of Spirit. "Alexia, Blessed Angel of the Christ Presence, sit with me, in the silence of my meditations, so I will have no fear!"

Araydia, Angel of Light, awaken every particle of every cell of my body, I have no desire to live in the darkness of illness or disease!" "Arcon, master of timeless wisdom, please help to understand what I am facing now, from the center of my compassionate heart." "Thank you for any and all prompting. I am eternally grateful for your assistance."

The foregoing prayers and affirmations are personal reflections from the work that my Angels and Guides have accomplished through my mind and heart. I am very grateful, for the constant support from the real inner world of Spirit.

Sitting in the silence of your own heart; opens your entire being to a state of inner awareness of pure love, light and joy. The Presence of God is real. You can become aware of it for yourself, by intentionally seeking to realize Spirit, in you and all around you.

You are here, at this time, to learn to know your own Divine source, spiritual gifts and innate potential, in a very personal way. As you discover the Holy Light within you. You will be prompted to share it, and receive more insights, while helping others.

A present day mystic is a giver, who loves to serve others with love and compassion. An individual, who is willing to experience spiritual living and to share understanding with others, as directed. Mystics today, are engaged in the ageless process of spiritual alchemy ("re-newing of the mind"). This is God's way of personal spiritual transformation. This is the timeless, internal way that all mystics have followed, throughout recorded history.

Mystics play many roles and wear many hats. Who or what is a mystic? A mystic is one who sincerely looks beyond the dogmas and seeks to go deeper, below superficial rituals, into the heart of any practice. A mystic seeks more openness in his or her thinking. They cannot work in a closed belief system, which does not allow for the inner Holy Voice and prompting of Spirit. A mystic follows their own intention to know God, with real study and practices which go beyond what an ordinary person is willing to take the time to do.

A present day mystic does not accept fixed beliefs from any church, religion, group or individual, no matter how wondrously they are presented. He or She simply waits for a feeling of agreement or attunement that intuitively emerges from within. Conversely, a mystic would not try to force their experiences on anyone else, who is not ready or willing to receive them. A modern mystic learns, through actual life experiences, to trust their own inner prompting without forcing any issue.

Most millennium mystics have only one true desire, to know the presence of the Divine now, in the middle of their daily life challenges. They practice forgiveness and accept spiritual healing daily. Each one knows that he or she is a child of the living God, and dwells in a vibrant sea of Grace.

An image of a hooded monk symbolizes a mystic. A monk or a mystic does not need to hide from the world, but sees it from within. A monk follows a particular discipleship or path to Christ and God Realization. A present day mystic doesn't need to wear the robe or the hood. Anyone, who follows the inner way of the Christ today, may wear clergy garb, or a suit, or dress casually, or wear hardly anything at all! You might be suprised at the level of spiritual awareness, which local citizens have acquired in many places in the south Pacific or in Nigeria, Ethiopia, Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Becoming open to the mystic's way of seeking spiritual truth, where it lies, in our hearts; is not limited in anyway to physical location, but only to the willingness and desire of the seeker, to know truth for him or herself. .

The mystical path takes you to the heart, out of which, the essence of all love, compassion and tolerance flows.

The way of the mystic (Christ) includes opening the mind and heart of the individual disciple or believer. It activates your innate God-given abilities to participate in the process of your own spiritual awakening and transformation.

The old way recognizes the authority of the church, to tell the believer what to think. The Christ way, shows us the true way of abundant living now. A Millennium Mystic leaves all the old limited ways of being in the outer world. Then consciously, turns toward the Divine Inner Light. Then willingly, moves deeper, into the stillness of the sacred heart of the Christ Spirit, where Gods love and Peace preside.

Meditating in the stillness, at the center of your own being, allows communion with your Creator-Spirit. This is the essence of experiencing the actual joy and love of God, so profoundly; that the most emotionally controlled seeker may burst into tears!

A mystic seeks understanding from the presence of the Divine by listening, observing, and keeping his or her own counsel, until the inner voice prompts a response. A mystic learns to trust clear inspiration, visions, dreams and intuitive knowing, as tools that Spirit uses to guide believers from within.

As we get more comfortable in acquiring a real relationship with our Sacred self, our inner Holy Voice becomes our ultimate counselor and spiritual advisor on every step of our journey toward full awareness of our Creator-God.

A present day mystic looks at the current state of chaos, stress, burnout, loneliness, crime and fear, that reflects in the eyes of many people, who think that their outer world is the only reality. Mystics know from their own experience, that the inner world of Spirit is the eternal Presence of God. A mystic seeks guidance from the subtle, spiritual realms and does not become attached to the illusions of the outer world of effects.

All wisdom is perceived in the mind and qualified by the heart. The ultimate illusions of separation and fear will pass away, as you seek to realize your oneness in Spirit, with God and all others.

Millennium mystics turn toward the Inner Light, welcome it's warmth, listen to it's still small voice, and accept themselves as a child of them living God. They strive to heal ignorance, dispel darkness, and support Spirit-filled living as the only way of life that serves God, man and our planet.

The way of the mystic is multi-dimensional in orientation and global in perspective. You may develop ties with individuals, groups and organizations that are centered in promoting compassion, tolerance, spiritual community and genuine caring for one another. As a mystic, you would be more interested in the state of someone's mind and heart, than the size of their bank account. A mystic sees the Christ in all others, and expects God's will to be accomplished in the lives and affairs of all.

Mystics, act as planetary stewards. They extend love to all the other kingdoms, which we share this planetary school with. The time you spend seeking peace and healing by your lakes and walking among the trees and flowers allows you to greet and communicate with God, as nature. You may perceive Divas, nature spirits and Angels, as messengers of God. A mystic protects the lives, environment and habitats, of our wild and domestic, companion-animal friends.

Many mystics communicate with animals through an etheric telepathic bond. This innate intuitive ability will increase in individuals, as soon as more people realize that animals communicate mostly through non-verbal perception. They sense our intentions and react accordingly. Native Americans have always known this. You can open to doing this with your animals, if you desire.

As a Millennium Mystic operating in this world, you can realize that you are a spiritual being (Soul), mental is operation and physical in action. You can know that your body is a temple of the living God, and a vehicle for Divine expression. Your essence, character and good deeds and service are from beyond this outer world of effects. You will express hope, love, trust and true caring, in a compassionate, joyful, non-arrogant way.

Mystics are loved, because they are loving! They have many friends, because they are good friends. They are peacemakers, because they have made peace with themselves. Most present day mystics are no longer cloistered or hidden. They are willing to let their inner light shine through them, into their daily challenges. They know that they are here to serve the Light, not to keep it for themselves.

Over time, as you are willing to evolve into a Millennium Mystic, you will experience several stages of increased awareness. It's like looking through a camera lens at a four -foot close-up. Then widening and deepening, the view through your inner lens, until the full, wide scope of the total background, becomes visible. A dedicated seeker becomes aware of his or her own innate Divinity, as a part of a regular practice of prayer and meditation. The mystical ideas begin to emerge, as you awaken to your own God-given gifts and unlimited potential.

A committed prayer life leads to a genuine personal relationship with your Creator-God. Regular communication in the silence of your heart develops a true communion with your indwelling Spirit or Father/Mother God. The still, small voice of the Holy Spirit is the ultimate counselor, and constant companion of the open minded, trusting seeker, of the Christ Way of living.

Another blessing of following a contemplative way of life is that you're feeling nature will heal, through the active process of accepting forgiveness for yourself and others. This allows the Christ within to restore the Divine partnership; of mind and body working as one Holy team. Your life will become more orderly, harmonious, and effective, as you make decisions after consulting the Inner Counselor.

The Millennium Mystic welcomes the joy of being spiritually awake! Mystics know God within, and see God everywhere without. They are comfortable with a personal realization of Spirit, as the One True Presence driving their blooming awareness. They know this One Power, as the real value within all life. They perceive all others, as one in the same Spirit, that created, sustains and guides them.

The mystical person follows the daily practice of letting go of his or her Ego (personal will) and willfully turns toward the Inner Light of God. You will gratefully work to become a planetary steward of this Divine school of life experiences. Your greatest desire will be to become a Christ-like Disciple, in every area of your life.

A Millennium Mystic truly loves God with all of his or her heart, body mind and Soul. They love all others, as themselves. You will know, without a doubt, as you awaken more fully to the Truth about your own innate Divinity, your life path will lead you into full awareness of your Father's House, where many "mansions" (rooms) and loving experiences wait for you!
