Searching the sun, moon and mother earth
Went to the market and tried to be fair
Don't like to judge by estimate
Can't go by size, weight or embarrassment
Finally decided that it must be unique
Not just a word to be looked up and down "PRICELESS"

Trying to define just one simple word
What is to be valued by this thing called worth?
Crying out loud, but not even heard
But was unable to find what I was looking for
There was no such kind of which to compare
Kept rockin the craddle from outside the door
This is much too important
Holding the grudge too intimate
That's what the lying door meant
Won't buy the eyes that don't have any hues
Don't recognize any of the harassment
Won't read about it in the local news
Individually wrapped in baby soft skin
Hidden among the other wild and meek
Beautifully rich and tender within
An unopened package from which it did birth
Wearing many faces, but not like a clown
Putting them together determines their worth
